Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most new, unused, and uninstalled parts within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
The item must not show any signs of installation, use, or modification.
You must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Note: Electrical components, custom-built items, special-order parts, and hydraulic pumps/PTOs that have been installed are non-returnable.
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping your return.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MMP Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
